The wreath making workshop is back again this year by popular demand!

Join us Thursday, December 11th, as the fine folks from Allen Centennial Garden come in to Working Draft to make holiday wreaths with us.

A $55 ticket includes all supplies to make one wreath, help making the wreath, and a free drink! And if multiple people want to work on one wreath together, you just need one ticket. It’s one ticket per wreath, not participant.

This workshop (or the wreath you create) is a perfect gift idea, date night, or just something fun to do with your family (or solo!).

What makes up A Perfect Sunday? Here’s what’s on our list:

• The Packers play the Bears at 3:25. We’ll have the game (and sound) on the TV.

• Green and Gold jello shots and other fun drink specials.

• A Meat Raffle with meat from Jenifer Street Market starting at 2pm.

• A big pot of Green Bay Booyah. BOOYAH!!!

Expect a cozy taproom full of flannels, Packer jerseys, friends, and people bargaining over meat raffle wins. Expect the smell of Booyah drifting through the brewery. Expect loud cheers, louder groans (hopefully not too many!), and probably someone screaming “MEAT!” at least once every 10 minutes. In other words - A Perfect Sunday.

Join us Saturday, November 22nd, for a collaborative Thanksgiving casserole cook-off!

Delta Beer Lab, Karben4, Giant Jones, Young Blood, and Full Mile will each be bringing a house-made casserole and and a guest beer to share. WDBC will also be making a casserole to share.

$20 gets you a casserole flight and a pour of the collab beer. Vote on your favorite casserole at the end, the winning brewery gets a savory trophy!

The six Madison-area breweries are also collaborating on and releasing a Double IPA specially for this event.

Need another reason to be thankful? Besides the casserole cook-off, we’ll have other Thanksgiving-inspired food items for you.

• The class will be $45 and you sign up / pay directly at Gallery Night

• It includes a guided spell jar assemblage, with all materials included - jar, components, sealing wax, intention scroll, and discussion.

• Available spells will include Gratitude, Empathy, Inspiration, Happiness, Protection, Health, Clarity, Self Love, and Inner Peace.

Come out to the patio of Working Draft Beer Company for an evening of wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions brought to you by Kindled Community Sauna!

For 60 minutes, cycle through hot sauna, cold plunges, rest, rehydrate and repeat at your own pace. Follow your session up with some lounge time on the patio or indoors.

Arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Some folks wear a bathing suit while others choose light athletic clothing. Bring two towels, a water bottle, and slip on shoes.

An email will be sent out to sauna goers a day or two ahead of time with some details and a waiver to sign.

Booking all 6 seats for a particular time slot will give you/your group a private session.

We’re proud and honored to collaborate with The Latino Academy of Workforce Development to celebrate The Day of the Dead, aka El Día de los Muertos.

El Día de los Muertos, if you’re not familiar, is a holiday originating from Mexico where family and friends gather to honor loved ones who have died.

With much guidance from The Latino Academy, we have put together a day that will help both kids and adults alike honor loved ones in a fun way. Some of the activities you can take part in include:

• El Chisme Mexican Food Truck from 1-6pm

• Free face painting from 1-4pm

• Sugar skull coloring pages

• Picture frame decorating

• Coco-themed loteria game

• Mexican hot chocolate stout release

• Special cocktail

Allen Centennial Garden is bringing all the supplies and know-how to create an awesome dried flower wreath. Or, if you want to go crazy, plenty of wire and hot glue to make something different.

We'll have a few samples to kick start your imagination, review the basic steps for making a wreath, and then turn you loose with all the needed strawflower, winged everlasting, rye heads, straw, and more! Supplies included are heavy duty wire, floral tape, floral wire, and, of course, hot glue.

Tickets are $40, which includes a beer! 

We’ll be doing this event two dates, Saturday Sept 27 @ 1:30 & Saturday Oct 25 @ 1:30. So if this one doesn’t work, check out our other date.

Lasting about two hours, this beginner homebrewing class covers everything that goes into the brewing process, from brewing the beer to bottling the beer. We'll also discuss the ingredients that go into beer. 

This class is held right in the brewhouse of Working Draft Beer Co. Which means you may even get to taste some beer while you're there :)

Interested in mosaics?! Join our current Artist-in-Residence, mosaic artist Savannah Roy, for an afternoon of mosaic fun.

Savannah will guide you through the basics of making mosaic art using glass. The class includes materials, tools, and tips. And, of course, your first beer!

After Savannah teaches you what you need to know, you will get firsthand mosaic experience by making your own candle tray!

Once you create your mosaic candle tray, Savannah will take the trays with her to put the finishing touches on, then you come back the next week to pick up your treasure. (Participants must be able to come in / send someone to pick up their candle tray the next week)

Be aware that you’ll be working with glass, so you’ll want to keep your wits about you. We’ll also ask you to sign a waiver stating that you know the risks involved (don’t get too scared though!).

This is a pretty unique opportunity, we recommend that you take advantage of it while you can. Tickets are $45 and there are only eight slots, so reserve yours ASAP!

Tonight’s speakers are Andrew Nine, who will be giving us an elemental tour of the universe, and Sebastian Heinz, who will teach us how black holes shape their host galaxies. The event is emceed by Keni Arnold.

Join us for a bike ride between three great breweries, Working Draft Beer Co, Giant Jones, and Delta Beer Lab!

• A group of riders will meet at Delta Beer Lab, one at Giant Jones, and another at Working Draft.

• Each group will leave at 1pm and head towards another brewery.

• Shockingly, each place will have beer!

• After a beverage, groups will head out to a different brewery and have a brew.

• After having a beer at the second brewery, groups will head back to homebase. And maybe have one more?

• Make sure to wear your helmet with your Bike Benefits sticker, since all three breweries will be giving discounts!

There is no cost to enter and you don’t have to pre-register. And you don't have to be a part of the group ride to participate, you can just ride as you wish!
