Sign up for the 2:30pm Mocktail Class - Sold Out
Sign up for the 4pm Mocktail Class - Sold Out
Dry January doesn’t have to mean boring drinks or sitting on the sidelines. This January, we’re excited to offer something a little different — an interactive N/A Cocktail Class designed to explore the growing world of spirit-free drinks and how to use them creatively.
Join us Saturday, January 24 for a hands-on, educational (and delicious) experience where we’ll dive into the art of non-alcoholic cocktails. During the class, we’ll sample a flight of spirit-less liquor alternatives, talk through what makes each one unique, and explore how they can be used to build balanced, thoughtful “cocktails” without the booze.
Mitch will guide the class through:
— An introduction to several popular non-alcoholic spirits
— How these alternatives are made and what to expect flavor-wise
— Techniques for building N/A cocktails that still feel complex and intentional
— Tips you can use at home to elevate your own zero-proof drinks
— A step by step guided experience of making 2 N/A cocktails
Whether you’re participating in Dry January, taking a break from alcohol, or just curious about what’s out there beyond soda, N/A beers and tonics, this class is for you. No prior cocktail experience required — just an open mind and a thirst for learning.
Space will be limited, so keep an eye out for sign-up details and come join us for a fun, flavorful way to rethink Dry January.
And we’ll have NA beer on tap, a mocktail, and hop water on tap all month.
We’re hoping to have a food pop-up on Saturday the 24th as well!
Cheers to trying something new — with or without alcohol 🍹
